A dream come true for Saurabh Tiwary

Saurabh Tiwary, who is currently touring England with the India team, was "quite stunned" when he realized he was selected for the Asian Cup. Tiwary became the second player in Jharkhand, after India captain MS Dhoni, to enter the national team and the president of CEJA, Amitabh Choudhary, was pleased that he did.
"A dream, that of playing for India, is about to come true. I realise I've been selected in place of Yuvraj Singh, so the pressure will be more," Tiwary told the Telegraph. "I'm confident of being able to perform and (thereby) reducing the pressure."

Saurabh Tiwary's Profile
Saurabh Tiwary is a left hitter, who started playing cricket at the age of 11. He represented his state Jharkhand at the Under-14 before making his first class debut in the Ranji Trophy 2006-07. He scored two half centuries in India Under-19 three series victory against South Africa and Bangladesh in 2008 and was a member of the team that won the Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia in 2008. It performed consistently and in the Ranji Trophy before reaching a peak in the 2009-10 season of Jharkhand, scoring three centuries. The IPL in 2010 was shot in the foreground, as he proved one of the findings for Mumbai Indians, on strike three and half centuries, which cemented his place in the middle order. He was later rewarded with an India call-up to the Asian Cup 2010.
